Safety, accident and loss prevention is first priority on all projects, and it is reflected in the companies perfect record of never having an accident or lost time work injury.  All projects and job sites are visited and evaluated prior to starting work.  All required safety and personal protective equipment is provided and utilized to MSHA and OSHA safety standards.  Work area component cleaning before during and after work is always considered an essential part of a quality job.  Completed projects and work sites are quality control inspected, with the customer at the end of each project.

J.R. Smith Welding Service provides certified maintenance and repair welding of stress cracks to manufacture engineered repair procedures, and A.W.S. D 1.1 structural welding code standards.  This service eliminates downtime and insures that our customers machinery will continue to operate in a safe and reliable fashion throughout the years.  Our certified welding repairs are warranted to last the service life of the machine.
